Got into blackpowder when I was 15, in 1976. Built a few rifles from scratch since then, all plains type rifles. So far I've shot almost exclusively percussion, but my next rifle is going to be flint. Love to hunt big game with muzzleloaders, especially elk, and use only prb's. I'm a desert rat who lives in Central New Mexico. I'll soon be 46 yo, have 3 beautiful daughters. Currently separated from wife, but we are trying to get back together. Former Marine. Did I mention I love to hunt elk?
