Began reenacting many years ago as a buccaneer/pirate of the late 1600 to early 1700 era.
Fell in love with black powder, got involved with Civil War and then discovered the Rendezvous and Fur Trade era; I found 'home'.
Only been to Rendezvous for going on two year, just beginning to build my kit but some of my other gear and skills have given me a small head start; now it time study and learn!
