I belong to Sons of The American Revolution and am the local S.A.R Chapter president as well as a member of our local S.A.R. Continental Brigade Color Guard. <br />

I will be purchasing a Pedersoli 2nd model Brown Bess in the next few weeks and am currently working out what else I need to properly outfit myself so that I can be as authentic as possible within reason including pouring my own musket balls and rolling paper cartridges. At the same time I realize that I will have to make some allowances concerning authentic/modern equipment.<br />

My aim is to become well versed in shooting my Musket and find out just how accurate I can get with a smooth bore weapon like the Brown Bess.<br />
