I have been in reenacting for close to 20 years, currently Colonial Rhode Island 1650-1700. This is how I got into black powder shooting. I took the hunting safety course a in 2009 and I will be doing a lot of hunting in 2010-11. I am trying to do all my hunting and shooting as close to the colonial way as possible. I am always looking for new information on techniques and homemade colonial way of shooting, both hunting and combat.
