I'm guessing it's a CVA based on the style of the lock plate and considering there's 2 lugs it should be Mountain rifle even though I'm not sure. There's no any markings on this rifle so again if it's US made or Spanish made CVA not clear

Regarding rifle it's in OK shape, there's a crack in the forend part of the stock but it's not deep, I removed barrel and there's no crack on the other side of that side of the stock, so it's on the surface. Please see pictures
