Shouldn't be discussed here. Traditional muzzleloading and early revolvers only.
Looks Like a Maynard Cartridge. But they were .50 Cal.

It's a 577 Enfield, converted to cartridge 1861 Snider. I have one in carbine configuration. The early conversions used a musket cap to ignite the powder, later ones had a primer in the cartridge case.
