40 years of muzzle loading
This pistol was made by a local gunsmith during a long cold winter. He replaced the factory stock with burled maple. Everything seems of a high-quality job of fitting wood to metal. Basic parts are CVA .50 cal., 8 inch barrel, percussion lock, single trigger, and belt hook. Lightly used (probably just one time) all screws can be loosened. barrel is clean.
