Oh, shorter than I thought. I am looking for a Investarms (Lyman) to install on Investarms wood. Would this fit? Steve

It requires two barrel wedges, neither of which is in the right location to fit an Investarm Hawken type rifle.

Do you happen to know the twist rate. I have a GPR with the normal 1:66 twist for ball, if it's the faster 1:32 I'll take it.
The fact that the barrel says “Great plains hunter” tells me it’s the fast twist. I have a Lyman GP with both barrels in 50.

I looked this up:

The Lyman Great Plains Hunter Signature Series .54 caliber muzzleloader has a 1:24"twist rate barrel that's designed to accept modern projectiles. The barrel is also shortened to 30" to make the muzzleloader more maneuverable and save weight

However this is a simple adaptation that may also require a change to the underrib. Certainly worth exploring.

Where did you look this up??

Not saying it's incorrect but all the info I've ever seen on the GPH rifle and the barrels indicated 32" and a 1:32 twist.
