Dear Martin might be a good plan to contact the MLAGB should be a branch within reach & there was a 'Southern Counties Patched ball group' attached to the MLA Used to have R vous in darkest Surrey but that was years ago but the MLA would know if still going .Could well be a Wiltshire branch anyway.
