Many earliest model flintlocks tend not to have a bridle on the tumbler, I suspect yours may date to the mid 1700s.
Maybe a closer look will produce name of the maker so you can get a more accurate date of manufacture.
 
Im not familiar with this particular model, but the Wappen seems to resemble some of the early Wappens of Baden, the lions are typical for Bayern, but not France.
