when in doubt toss it out. I wouldn't trust that as far as I could throw it! And that's what I would do with it.
I would replace it.
I'm in with the rest there's no way I'd trust that.
Destroy that breech plug so it CAN'T be used (hammer the threads or saw it in half)
Next time, you need to drilled straight perpendicular into the antechamber with the breech-plug installed and leave it installed.
Never filed the threads, lesson learned.

There are many examples of a notched breech. That notch is too deep. It cuts through all the threads. You need at least 3 to 4 threads to seal the breech.
Ditto with all the above.

When you fire a rifle the gas created will take the path of least resistance. You have nothing sealing that breech plug. Stop and think what is behind that breech plug.

I'd definitely get another breechplug!
You already knew the answer. You are just hoping someone says it is ok. Well....it is NOT ok. It is an ugly accident waiting to happen.
Only keep that one to duplicate the tang measurements on a new one so it sits down into the existing inlet, then toss it in the trash. Do not shoot with that one.
As already stated, with a patent breech, drill straight through into the anti chamber. No notching needed.
