ALR WEB Site Access

I have been trying to access the ALR site since this morning about 7:00 am and it says access not available - try again later. It is now 11:24 pm and still no access? Anyone else having this issue?

Tried off and on yesterday (Thursday) and it was down every time. This started happening frequently about a year ago. Their web host isn’t the best apparently?
