The Deep South Region of the North-South Skirmish Association will be hosting a FREE, one-day Camp of Instruction Recruit Skirmish July 19th, 2025 at Brierfield Ironworks Historical State Park, just south of Birmingham, Alabama!
We will be teaching basic firearm safety, how to shoot a muzzleloading rifle as we do for N-SSA competition, and how to clean it. We will have a free lunch. We will have one-on-one instruction in the morning, and in the afternoon we will break up into teams to shoot a course of fire just like we do in competition!
