Here's a handsome horn that I just finished. It's a lobed Right-side carry, measuring just over 11" from spoit to base plug, with a decorative lobe for rear strap attachment. I got side-tracked when engraving it for a while due to various 'emergencies'. But it was finally finished and wax-polished this morning.

Please note that these horns of mine are not copies of any particular powder horns from our American past, but rather are contemporary art works. I hope the decorative elements and designs reflect an ageless, home-spun Folk-Art spirit that is engaging to the heart and eye, and hopefully capture the feel and spirit of some old originals.

Thanks for looking!
