Anyone recognize this trademark on this vintage chisel ? Also, a Swan chisel, with an acrylic handle ??

I have a fairly extensive collection of chisels and gouges, but have never seen either one of these.
I'm thinking that the Swan is a custom job, no idea about the other one.
Any ideas ?

I'm pretty sure that I have one with that same stamp. I'll try to remember to look the next time I'm in the shop to see if there's anything else stamped on it.

Anyone with a Frank Mittimeyer hand tool supplier catalog from 1970 's in Brooklyn NYC could shine the light on this tool. When I first startd scratch building m/l guns , that was the company to get European hand tools at very reasonable prices. I'm still using mine from back then.
