I have been using Blackrock Leather "N" Rich for a couple of years now. It takes it a while but over a couple hours it soaks in to the leather and leaves a very nice surface that can be buffed to a really nice shine.
I have used to renew some tired old boots and shooting bags that have gotten stiff over time due to exposure etc.

Give it a try if your in the market and you can read the reviews on Amazon. (I am a customer, no financial interest)
