I have encountered the opposing viewpoint, where individuals express concerns and warn about potential theft. Observing their behavior and littering prompts inquiry. I expressed my reservations, but they countered, stating that they sell items for financial gain. I clarified that it's merely collecting dust; instead, I advise against adopting this approach in those situations.

I was pickn up cigarettes butts deer hunting...

My rabbit hunt I notice I left a trail all around the place..

I seen one and I was like who's is this. It was mine. All up the trail I was picking up my mess..

It didn't look good. Just me with cigarettes there.

My very first German Shorthaired Pointer was a remarkable hunting companion. I had a distinctly different experience hunting birds with that dog. From day one, he demonstrated exceptional jumping ability and consistently caught birds quickly. I only shot a bird if it was escaping, as I preferred to let the dog retrieve it. My grandfather noted that this approach taught me restraint in shooting. I successfully hunted numerous birds with that dog, often without needing a gun. It was a unique experience. Others would comment that I had a Ferrari of a dog, as I consistently met my hunting limits without relying on my firearm.

Like this.. he caught birds like that jumping.

It's hard to hunt with anyone else or around anyone.
Your not shooting. You wait to shoot. You usually don't shoot.

They have to know that. If your hunting with anyone and your dog does that. Jumping.

I did had the choice.. the dog did it ounce training. Jumped

My grandfather said we could train that out or not.

He said I'll shoot more birds but I won't see the dog do that.

I wanted to see that dog do that.

Shotgun load..

I'm shooting #5 now..

75grns 3f .. 1.5oz #5.

It's putting birds down good not much damage.. but down..

How do I make that just a little weaker. Just a little. I want to cripple a couple birds hunting for the dog to have fun tracking down chase and catch.

That load didn't cripple one birds for the dog this year.

My first load.. pedersoli 10ga

I think 75grns pyrodex. Anitro card. 1.5oz #6... os card. Not a good pattern

That crippled birds.

Switch to the number 6
Or
use a worse pattern wad combo.

Makes my head spin.:ThankYou:
Lawdy, I know what you mean. I got vertigo myself.

Me thinks Trigger is gunning big time to become a cannon. Lets see here, he is now a .54 caliber. Yeppers, if he keeps this up, he should make cannon status by this time tomorrow. :)

I dont think I have much left. Story's.

My grandfather had good one's but those were his Story's. I can't tell them right. They were good Story's told in half Italian broken English.

Turkey registration with an elderly gentleman. I had shot a turkey and went to register it with the elderly man. He entered before me, pretending we were deer hunting, and had to register the deer with the tag in his hand. They rushed out of the place to see this deer, and I was standing there with the turkey, wondering what was happening.

I use to take binoculars fishing. Still do. Leopold!

I watched a NH warden ounce. He was sneaking on the other side I saw somtin move.

So I'm watching him.. trying to figure out how he got over there. He fell into the swamp like thing trying to cross this gap 😆

That was funny.. only time I watched him like that with binoculars.

NH turkey hunting.

I found the warden one day parked. I thought why not he wants to check my license anyway..

He said that's good I dont have to bother you out there. That's what I was thinking.

I've done that since. The couple times I see them. I stop and say I'm hunting around the area with my license.

they have to park and wait for you to come out of the woods and all.. just to check the license.

Old man story. Not my story.

Guy in Maine. From New York he was off the boat Italian no English.

Showed up at the check station. They had to translate the Italian for him to the warden.

Translation
He needed help. He shot the biggest deer in Maine.

Warden.. I'll help you get your deer out of the woods.

It was a bull moose.

Uh oh

A goat got checked in one day.

A cow. Guy took couldn't see it was a cow out there in a field. Took 5 shots missed all 5. Everyone was yelling what are shooting at.

My Asian friend, an accountant, joined me on a turkey hunt. He was unfamiliar with wildlife, notably moose, which he likened to a large horse. I clarified that moose are distinct animals. He enjoyed the experience, and I later took him on a drive to spot more moose. Although he missed the turkey and decided not to continue hunting, he appreciated the opportunity to step out of his office. His parents, who are anti-hunting and anti-gun, disapproved of his decision, but he wanted to try it nonetheless.

Juveniles engaging in illicit drinking near a fishing area. I assisted in apprehending them. I had little choice in the matter. They had concealed all evidence in the water, having received a tip that a warden was approaching. They attempted to dispose of the evidence by throwing it into the lake. They nearly evaded detection. I arrived with my boat and presented the evidence, retrieving a bottle with my net. Uninvolved swimmers assisted, filling my boat with empty containers. The juveniles, having been apprehended, apologized, with one expressing remorse for not considering the lake's ecosystem or aquatic life.
