Using directions I found on here from Half Moon Ranger (Adam Stevenson), I put together this shooting pouch/possibles bag today. I used buckskin for the body of the bag, left the rough side out on the back so it doesn’t slide at as much, and used doeskin doubled over to make the strap. Found a buffalo nickel button at the craft store and used that to make the strap adjustable if it stretches. I also think I may wax it to help waterproof it and darken the color a bit. I plan on making a belt pouch later on based on pictures and advice from Brokennock to hold my round balls, quick loads, pan primer, and tags.
