    Hornady PA Conicals ???

    We are required to use muzzleloaders of at least 45 cal here in PA for deer. I bought a couple boxes of these when I could no longer get the Buffalo ball-etts and as stated they work pretty much the same.... but the lube on the Buffalo brand was nicer to work with.

    Safe powder storage

    An ammo can is okay if you don't latch it. You want gas to be able to easily escape if subjected to fire, if it can't you'll have a bomb when it lights off. Best bet is a wooden cabinet in a warm dry place.

    Black Powder dealers near Baltimore?

    You won't make it in an hour..... but Juniata Trading (rt30 between Breezewood and Everett PA) stocks pounds of black, I don't know recent pricing. They aren't open on Sundays though if you decide to take a ride.
