    Shot out of a smoothbore pistol

    Anyone ever shoot shot out of a smoothbore pistol? Euroarms has one in 58 caliber and of course there are the .69 calibers (usually in flintlock) that come in smoothbore pistol. I wonder what kind of knockdown power they'd have at about 20 yards? Good enough to hunt with?

    Pistol Barrel maker out there?

    I'd like to get a "drop in barrel for my lyman great plains pistol. I'm pretty sure the Lyman is 15/16ths across the flats. Anyway, Id like to have at least a .58 smooth bore barrel for it, maybe even larger if it can safely be done. Thoughts?
