Patterson Reproduction

frustrating caps
I have tried both #10 and #11 Remington caps for my pietta .36 cal. 1851 Navy revolver and neither fit very well. Both sizes seem to be too small. I have to let the hammer fall two times on the caps before they will go off and fire the pistol. What about CCI? Are the CCI any bigger or do... -

I just recently purchased an 1860 Army and 1851 Navy reproduction revolvers. What size caps do I use with each of these guns? Do I use #11 with one and #2 with another or do they usually take teh same size caps? -

Comanche Moon Rifles
The other night I wathced the three part series called "Camanche Moon" I didn't recognize the type of carbine type rifle that the Texas Rangers used in the first and second episode. Who knows what kind of rifles they were and maybe who might be the maker.- logan
