    Yes they are,there are three pockets about 4inches deep. The middle one is around 5inches wide and the two side ones are about 2 inches wide.

    Best advice I ever received was to make as much of your gear as you can, its gotten me into leatherworking and wood working, black powder is like a 3 for 1 hobby.
