    Show me your turkeys

Same here! That's awesome. I'm gonna try this year in just some basic clothes. Green plaid with brown pants. With a wing bone call.

    Show me your turkeys

Anyone have any turkey success pics? Also... How did they hunt turkey before the advent of modern camouflage? It's mind boggling.

    .45 smoothbore for turkey?

Yeah, bobby hoyt was the one i contacted. I've got another rifle at home, and I've really been wanting a black powder shotgun, but the cheapest i i can find is a pedersoli scout for $675... Plus $30 for the ramrod.

    .45 smoothbore for turkey?

Yeah, the barrel isn't in the best shape. I got it from my stepdad last year, he'd left it loaded since the early 2000's.

    T/C cherokee .45 rear sight

Would anyone have any ideas for a replacement rear sight? I lost mine when i was trying to sight in the rifle last fall. I mean, i can hit with the blade sight but it's more instinctive shooting than anything. I'd really love to get a rear sight for it and actually be able to sight it in this time.
