    I live towards the western side of NC. I was wondering if you can find the right stone here in NC. I don’t think I have seen any flint but I honestly don’t know what to look for. I would love to make my own flint as I am making my own powder now. I am new to this black powder stuff.

    Painted my steel targets white up at my tree farm. Road up to plink some and I can’t see nothing. Smarter man would have saw this coming and brought some red paint

    hear me out. Map gas torch but hold the trigger to let gas in the flask but no fire. Then strike it. Small low pressure explosion that should blast form it, or split it.
