    By golly, there's an idea............and I like it. You could also do the same thing with a paper patch mold. Either way, ground out to .490 with some wings on it should work. I'll make the contact, and thanks.

    Jeff is building a belted round ball mould (English writing :wink: ) but he doesn't cut a conical bullet. I have a round ball mould, er a mold on the way. The wings on this two groove barrel are .545, bore is .490, and width of grooves is .122, serious cape gun I reckon.
