    FFFg in green mountain barrel ??

    noticed in my green mountain barrel manual (50 cal, 1-28") that you should not use fffg, only ffg.... but in the lyman manual, you can use either ffg, or fffg in the 1-48" twist barrel that came stock. any comments as to why not fffg in the gm barrel?
