    You may need #10 which should stay on the other nipples better during firing and also cut down on chain fire risk.

    Owned two 10g Pedersoli doubles. Just one now. Big Ted brings home plenty. I've had and traded many a Pedersoli 12g double but regretted selling the first 10g so when this one turned up I grabbed it.

    They have a strong flavour, similar to liver. Young are sweeter. I make a small meatloaf with them and add herbs. It's nice sliced on bread or served as a dinner with vegetables and a gravy. Tastes way better than them clay ones. Wild wood pigeon are a clean living bird and eat a clean diet...
