SOLD CVA Frontier Carbine .50 ($185 shipped)
Isn't the Frontier the same as the CVA Bobcat just with a little more brass? If so, they are cheap guns price wise. But with the right load and a little lock work they can be a tack driver! Owners of original (not modern replicas) C&B revolvers, do you shoot them?
I looked at this one today at a local antique store. He usually lets me know when he gets a BP gun so I can check it out. If I buy it I'll shoot it! Lock is tight. Bore and cylinder look good. Id use a light load, but it would be used! Not sure on the price though. -

Help with CVA Kentucky rifle
My Jukat did the same. After loading g the powder I give it a few good links on the right (hammer) side of the stock to get a few specks of powder over underneath the cap. This fixed the misfires. For the cap issue, after loading g the cap I ease the hammer down and push hard to seat it. Then...- Sparkplug

The date is Saturday, June 8th. There is room for some camping If anyone wants to come Friday night or leave Sunday morning. Bring your own food and drinks, but there is a cooking fire at the saloon. Depending on how many show, I may set up a few tents for guests to use.- Sparkplug

Roku TV show; Into the Wild Frontier
My favorite of their's was the Windbüchse. It was a Girandoni designed Air Rifle in .46 cal. carried for the WOW factor and kept them from a few skirmishes with the natives.- Sparkplug
