    Who carries a purse?

    I saw a dandy red and green leather purse in a second hand shop couple of days ago. If It wasn't machine stitched w/ zippers , I would have paid the $4 tag on it. The clerk saw me handling the bag , and said that , even a guy needs a new purse now and then. I smiled , said yup.

    Flintlock Shooting as Olympic Event

    I don't think there would be enough flint lock drag queens to form a team. Also , black powder smoke is white , and not rainbow colored. Lots of things to consider. I wish them well , though I won't be watching.

    How far does spent patches go ?

    I always pick up a few patches in the grass 10 to 20 yds in front of the muzzle just to see what condition there in.

    Mutton Tallow

    Used Dixie Old Zip mutton tallow until it was no more. Next used Hohoba Bean grease. Then to One Thousand Plus lube. All good.
