What Muzzleloading Stuff Did You Do Today?

Shot at my clubs December shoot. Was supposed to rain so I took my old T/C Hawkin. This gun was my first muzzleloader I bought new in the early 80's. It still shoots good! Thanks @Terrier for the photos!

Yes, I will be going….it’s become an annual event for me and a few friends. We have a couple of tables. I just bring a few items to show. My buddy says “I’ll sell and you buy”. Lol. It‘s a great little show.

For Those who camp at Friendship Take Heed!

I think the $800 cost he is speaking of is for 2 weeks at the new campground that has full hookups at around $60 per night. If I remember correctly, the cost of the primitive camp is $15 per night.

No, I didn't handle the horn. Even if the owner agreed, I would have been afraid to for fear of damaging it.

I was so enamored with the rifle, I didn't realize that there was his original powder horn! Wow!

What Muzzleloading Stuff Did You Do Today?

Went to the Kentucky Rifle Show in Alabama and got to hold Casper Mansker's gun which was built in 1791. Also handled a Kibler Woods Runner and couldn't let go! It came home with me. It's a sweet one!
