    My past family also canned, ******, and cooked meat then layered it in big crocks with melted pig lard between each layer. No electric, just in a cellar faceing the creek and shade. These were 4 or 5 year old beef , not the little young pups we call beef now. It was after first frost.

    Shot lists are a good idea, olympic shooters use them, they seem to be pretty good shooters. An extra at # 6.5 would be Natural Point of Aim.

    Right hand or left hand shooter? 🤔

    Shooters that need a blinder for what ever reason, can down size to a small piece of matt finish scotch tape just big enough to block the sights and target , on their glasses.

    Calibre questions

    Not a more experienced bp shooter , but can say my oregon barrel .36 is good for 40 rounds with out cleaning or swabeing between shots. Thats about were I run out of gas. 40-60 dawn water, or Frontier's bear grease, Frontier's a little better accuracy.

    .36 caliber round ball loads

    Haven't botherd to finish load work ups. Oregon barrel works .36 cal. barrel 1;48, 38 inch. I can say it doesn't like anything less than 30 gr. likes 35-40, anything in that range cracks. No stealth involved. Have found a bunch of things it doesn't like. Always fun and brings a smile.

    Side note, the wifes pretty bent with Imperial for changing the recipe on their sheep grease. It no longer works for her blue ribbon chocolate chip cookes.

    I might have missed it, but do you wrap with an ace bandage? Will help with excess swelling / water retention, helped me quit a bit when I twisted my lower leg off.

    Very good write up. For epoxy work I have done, weather it's 5 gal. or a teaspoon, all receving surfaces are forced rubbed with just enough epoxy to coat, followed up with the amount it takes to do the job. This could be anything from long hand held vegtable brush, to just a finger, depending...
