    What's this hammer?

I would guess 1803 Harpers Ferry. I would also speculate India made, but don’t hold me to it.

    Kibler Fowler vs Trade Gun

A trade was designed to be built as cheap as possible. If you aren’t too worried about style, go with it. If you want something of a little better quality, go with the fowling piece. They both shoot round ball about the same.

    Lock swap

L&R locks are considered kits at best. Return service seems to be good, but initial quality is quite often lacking. Still, they provide some styles that others do not.

Armi Sport Enfield Tang screw misalignment

You’re right; it’s not correct. The trigger boss can be off a bit, but the tang screw should be aligned with the tang. Make sure that the screw is not touching the stock and pushing the screw out of alignment. If not , then run the proper size tap from top to bottom so that the threaded hole is...

What kind of Lock is this.

My guess is that the piece above the tang is a cocking piece for the hammer on the side, which flies forward to engage the nipple on the drum. Because of the drum I wouldn’t call a mule ear, but it is unique so I don’t know what I would call it. All in all, a very interesting idea.

.32 caliber frustrations with not grouping.

Tried Hoppe’s 9+, Balistol (various dilutions w/water), zip lube, mink oil, and crisco. Finally tried Bore Butter and saw an immediate improvement in accuracy, but it requires swabbing the bore frequently to avoid any buildup. I don’t like BB but there it is.

.32 caliber frustrations with not grouping.

I have a .36 that I could never get to group until I changed the lube. After that, it tightened up considerably. Only one that I’ve ever had to do this.

    India Barrel Failure

US guns are proofed by the manufacturer. Any failure never makes the market.
