    That is absolute fact! The problem is the woods are full of bad hunters. When I "know" "without question" that I am the only person who can be in tge woods I am hunting, I will wear whatever the weather calls for. Otherwise, i wear orange.

    So do bow and muzzle loader and rifle here in Ohio. But I think most bow hunters are smart enough to wear orange if they are hunting in a gun season.

    It's not illegal to double load your gun? It's not illegal to go out in sub zero weather naked? I dont think it's illegal to jump off a building? It's not illegal to do a lot of foolish things. Please explain the virtues of refusing to wear orange? Legal should not be the deciding factor.

    Fair enough. The people who Lobby for gun control do so because they themselves are not responsible enough to handle guns safely so they don't think anybody should be able to handle a gun.

    Flint/frizzen relationship?

    As I mentioned, I have two of the same guns, brand new. On mine, the frizzen is hard to push forward, on the other one, it's much easier. I will be going to the place I bought the gun to discuss warranty. For now, it produces sparks and fires so I will hunt the next week with it.

    Just an interesting note. I bought a Traditions Pa. Pellet (which was a mistake) which is supposedly "designed for" shooting pellets. Upon reading the manual, I see that is says to add two pan primers worth of 4F into the touch hole prior to loading the pellets.
