    Ferric nitrate, blush heat, scotchbrite pad with Tried and True varnish oil cut 50/50 with turpentine. That's what I have been having great results with.     .45 caliber will take down a deer it has for me in the past with no issues. Shoot in the heart they might wonder 10 yards then drop.
