WANTED T/C New England Shotgun Barrel

Keep your eyes open on eBay, that's where I found mine 8 years ago for $350.00. A complete 12ga New Englander just sold here on Thursday. You could always keep the nicer stock and sell the extra one or keep it for a spare. Just a thought.

    Kibler Fowler available.

Don't call me stupid because I'm just uneducated in Fowlers. But for a smooth bore, that picture of the muzzle looks like a threaded pipe. I have a 62/20ga GM barrel that looks like a mirror inside. Are you supposed to shoot it so much that lead fills the threads? I'm asking because I don't...

Crazy Crow non iron "Iron" cookware?

I would go to the Lodge Cast Iron site, they have the regular cast iron series, a lighter thinner series, and a high carbon steel series. Stay away from questionable countries cookware, especially if their customs include defecating in the street and waterways while the guy next to them is...

    Lyman Great Plains Rifle Question

There maybe another reason there is no proof marks. If it's an assembled gun it has to have proofs. Kits do not. That's how it used to be. Whether it still is or when it may have changed, I don't know. It kind of depends on how old the kit was.

New to muzzleloaders need help identifying a tc muzzleloader

It could be a first year Hawken but I find one clear way to tell. Here are a couple of my early stocks, one is a first year and the other is a following year or two. They look alike with the high comb, inlade lock screw washer, and smooth inlaid escutcheons. But the best way to tell if the...

What are your favorite Thompson Center (T/C) Percussion guns?

I have so damn many it's like being a parent, I love all you kids the same. But I suppose the Cherokee would be my last to go, 32 and 45 barrels.

SOLD REDUCED VG Flintlock Dixie Tennessee Mountain Rifle .50

I have two of the 32s, one flint and one cap, and they're staying right here. Both were caps when I got them, converted one with an L&R. Love em both. I see the 50cal for sale was made in Japan, that is by Miroku, as are mine, good stuff.

    Most affordable smoothbore kit

If you want it for shooting geese, you're probably going to want a 12 or 10ga.
