Friends, our 2nd Amendment rights are always under attack and the NRA has been a constant for decades in helping fight that fight.
We have partnered with the NRA to offer you a discount on membership and Muzzleloading Forum gets a small percentage too of each membership, so you are supporting both the NRA and us.
no offence sir, but anything can shoot at 25 yds. as far as my ability to shoot here is what i can do offhand at 50yds. 3 shots with a 54 flintlock, so i can shoot a little. the only thing i can attribute the poor accuracy for is either the home cast ball or the barrel wedge causing a bedding...
my little brother died of a heart attack 3 months ago. he was 57, i am 67, he was a professional carpenter all his life. he had a table in one of his shops that he set a bandsaw sharpener on. it is old! he lived across the road from me, i guess it is mine now if i want it, i am sure his wife has...
the problem with shooting 25yds anything is outstanding. that really tells you nothing. that is one reason i didn't try it at 25 i just figured it would group well. you need to be at least 40yds to get a good read on what it is doing.
how accurate is your 32 at 50yds? i bought my wife a crocket investarms in 32 caplock, i have never had a 32. at 50yds off the bench the groups stink! i am casting balls from a lee gang mold. the balls weigh fairly constant. they patches are fine. i have tried from 20-40gr. of powder, none of...

i don't have actual, factual knowledge, but i bet they don't. i just got a Tim Crosby horn from Bob McBride and it had a little powder left in it. i would ship and not say a word or worry about it,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
when i was in jr. high school here in the south we integrated with black people. we had never been around them or them us. well, it was fist fights from day one! every day! one day a big black boy from over at the high school came over to fight! he looked like mike Tyson! he tried to square off...

to start with i do not clean with water! i use Windex with ammonia. i wipe the bore and lock good and dry and then use rem-oil in the bore, never any problems at all,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
