    SOOO! I'm not sure how to explain this but here goes. I removed the tang screw and barrel bands, removed the barrel, then reinstalled. This time instead of putting the bands on then tightening the tang screw, I snugged the tang screw (snugged, not tightened) and went to install the bands...
