    Newbie, so forgive me if I'm not in the right spot. Found flintlock in house here in NC, trying to ID and set value. Plate reads "US Bicentennial 1776-1976 State of Franklin County of Ashe NC FL031." Barrel marked "430 CAL .45" and "ITALY BLACK POWDER ONLY"
