    Help please? Yes it's does look like a Kentucky but it's wedge style, not pinned. Google and Alexa is no help so ya's think it is homemade for the most part? If I do start refinishing it how do I go about the checkering?

    Yes the half **** holds, nice lock action and light trigger. I will be getting her fancied up. It's heavy for what it seems, everything's tight, no wiggle and the dings will sand out nicely. She'll be my $90 princess without a name.
