    Can you grind single F or double F powder into triple F powder? I have a bunch of single F powder that a friend of mine gave me and I have no real use for it. I used triple F in my flintlock rifle. Any ideas on what to do with this stuff?

    No.i just drop them on a little bit wet towel and thats only so the towel doesn't burn.

    The only time the flash was ever an issue for me was when there was a delay in it when I first got the rifle. Then I switch to 4F and that went away and it's never been an issue since.

    No the front sight is the same height as the rear sight. The old sites where the ridiculously high sites that they put on modern guns for some reason.

    Yes I certainly will shoot the gun and get a idea of its grouping first. I just know that most people talk about filing the front sight but you never really hear much about anybody filing the rear sight.
