    “Waterproofing” your lock

I was reading the post about using JB weld on a lock, and it got me to wondering. So my question is, how do you all keep your prime dry? I use a cows knee I made many years ago. If it really wet I also re prime every so often. What steps do you use? Kevin

    2024/2025 Squirrel Hunting Thread...........

I do a little of both. If I’m in an area I don’t know, I sit for a while and listen. If the place has trails then I’ll walk slooow and watch the treetops. I use my 62 cal smoothbore almost exclusively now. Ince in a while I’ll take my Beck rifle out

How do I get the smell out?

Thanks all. After hanging it outside for a few days thru all kinds of weather, I put it in a mesh laundry bag and ran it with a load of wash. That seems to have done the trick. Thanks Kevin
