I downloaded the September mushrooms and will shoot it the next time I go to the range. The August one was a fun one to do. I have talked with a couple of friends and told them about the forum and the postal shoot, etc, etc. and they said they are going to join the forum.

Finished the browning process on my Kibler Colonial Rifle 50 cal Green Mountain barrel. This was a re-do because the first barrel had some kind of a metal flaw and the rifling was messed up shredding the patches and terrible accuracy.

I just joined the forum this week and looking at some of the posts saw the monthly postal shoots. I have never done one before but would like to try it out. I am likely going to the range tomorrow. I guess I just follow the instructions garypl gave at the beginning. Where do I mail the target?

Been shooting and hunting with traditional percussion muzzle loading firearms on and off for about 50 years. Just finished building a Kibler Colonial Rifle kit and started shooting flintlock about 2 months ago and wondering why it took me so long, because I'm enjoying the flintlock much more.
