    I loaded my muzzleloader and kept in the back of my Jeep and in my unheated garage for over 3 weeks .removed the cap and put a dried patch over nipple hammer down.I never worry about not firing and it did when I shot it.

I would try shooting serval before loading .if most worked then use them if they all missed fired then throw the rest away. Every thing you are touching has some hazardous chemical to it...

    I call the local police and get on a road kill list ,they called me 2 week ago and got that one in the freezer now. Plus one was killed on the road right on my property line he is in the freezer also
