I am a member. back some 50 years ago my uncle tried to get me into black powder, he was a president of the NMLRA. it took me 45 years to try ml and I love it. to me $50 is a small price to pay to promote it. Bruce

instead of cutting patches I use Walmart mink oil ( checked, its mink oil and lanolin) with blue stripe ticking. start the ball and use a patch knife.
