    I've not been fortunate to find a maker's name on it. But i'll the out the loupe tomorrow and check. There's a coil spring acting as part of the main hammer spring (broken off at the tip). It works as is, but if you want it to be more correct, ot needs a new hammer spring

    Thanks! LOP is 12" at the inner part of the buttplate, 14" at the points. Trigger is nice and snappy.

    One is a repro of a gun that existed, and the Zoli is an imaginary gun if the US put out a late war artillery carbine, sure. But given they have similar if not the same features, wouldn't they both be musketoons? Or did I complete miss your point. 😵‍💫
