    WITHDRAWN Pedersoli Brown Bess…

I am hesitant about driving the pins out since they look untouched, but what else could you do. I wish someone could make sense of the marking on the lock. It is a perfect oval so I don’t think it is an unintentional ding.

    WITHDRAWN Pedersoli Brown Bess…

I was told years ago it was made for Navy Arms. I never seen an Indian gun with beautiful walnut stock or serial numbers. A member here said it was made by Pedersoli. I will put this on hold until I get it verified.

    WITHDRAWN Pedersoli Brown Bess…

I purchased this supposedly unfired Brown Bess years ago. At the time I didn't know the manufacturer until a knowledgeable person on this site told me it is a Pedersoli. I have never fired it and has been in my closet. Nothing in the barrel but dust. Price is $1250.00 plus $75.00 to the US...

    FOR SALE Indian Wheellock

I purchased a friend’s remaining stock of wheellocks and of 4 one worked out of the box. I also sent one to Flint62smoothie for review and tuning. Two had broken sears out of the box which seems to be the weak point on these locks. Also springs could use improving. I am selling the one good...

    Indian Spanish Musket

The instructions for the “Tru Spark” said to polish out any imperfections on the face of the frizzen. There is a lot of brass on this gun. The Indian guns are not “plug and play” for sure!

    Indian Spanish Musket

The Indians got it wrong. The grooves were horizontal and more like grind marks.

    Indian Spanish Musket

Today I started working on the Indian Spanish Musket that I got from my friend. I tried to get it to spark last week trying many of the flints that I got from. IMA years ago. Though it looked heat treated…..no spark. I ordered some true spark from Track of the Woods and it came in today. My...

FOR SALE 12 ga. Rifled Barrels (x2)

Years ago I purchased these to make a 12ga. double rifle. Barrels are 24” total length. A few storage marks in the bluing, but otherwise un-used. I am thinking that if you cut the chamber off , thread it and install a breach plug, you can have some decent BP barrels. I believe that they were...

    FOR SALE Mariner’s Astrolabe

My version is a rough copy of one of about a half dozen found on the Atocha. I believe they designated them by number and mine may be #6.

    FOR SALE Mariner’s Astrolabe

A pretty famous astrolabe for sure. I believe it was found in the woods of Ontario. It is a Canadian National Treasure. It is also one that hasn’t been corroded away by the effects of salt water and time.
