Thats really cool ! A mate used to have a wild one ( they're all wild here, illegal to keep them as pets ) that would eat out of his hand. Apparently it had been doing so with other people in the area for a few years. This was in a small coastal city too

How Long Have You Been Hunting ...

For as long as I can remember I tagged along with dad,so if that counts its been 40 odd years. If you count from when I shot my first rabbit, then 37 years. In the first 25 years while I lived on a farm,I hunted pretty much every single day. With my old job in the vineyard I probably "hunted" 2...

Thank you. Hopefully I can fill in the gap left by that esteemed gentleman. Actually part of the reason I posted. And I was also partially expecting old Feltwad to raise his head, seeing as I've made no secret of liking Britsmoothy and his posts ( didn't always agree with him,but thats life )

Aye,exactly. Speaking to a bunch of hunting mates over here, including one who's a very skilled wild dog hunter, and they've ALL had similar experiences happen with all manner of game. I've rather ashamedly had multiple shots at fox with a bow before and not had it bolt till I went out to retrieve...

Pretty much because he's a turd. I was raised by a father who shot foxes professionally for their skins, and I've been hunting them myself with bows, modern firearms, and muzzleloaders since the age of 12. I've used methods from calling to stalking to night vision gear. I've literally shot...

    A Nice Morning Walk

So,last night,I decided to fling a local vineyard owner if I could go hunting at his block this morning ( incidentally I helped plant the block over 20 years ago ) as my fiancé was heading up to town to pick her kids up for the weekend and I was free for the morning 😁 Well,I never received an...

    Britsmoothy?

I think most of us know who the individual is. Its a pity that differences of opinion online has resulted in real life dramas. Pretty poor form For What its worth. I kinda felt a bit of a kindred spirit with Britsmoothy and was looking forward to more of his content.
