I just watched a video Jim Kibler has on scraping. Is this any specific type of steel? Or any thin scrap laying around will do the trick?

What is the scraper tool you are using?

Do you mix it in a bowl and apply to the patch material to let dry? Or apply a drop or two before shooting?
