I have 11.6 lbs of bullets in 1:20 alloy that I don't need. All didn't make the cut weight wise. Can be melted down per your needs. $40 plus plus flat rate shipping with usps.
Hi, I have a large elk antler I found recently. Also have 2 smaller peices. It's from a rosevelt elk. Don't know how I could ship it. Mabey I can cut it up per your needs? I'd happily trade for a simple leather cartridge pouch that goes on a belt
To whomever is still following this thread, FedEx ultimately DENIED my claim due to the item being "prohibited". Long story short, extra insurance is a SCAM and not worth it.
Lol...honestly I do blow down the barrel between shots..cartridge and muzzloaders. Like others have said, if you don't remember that you discharged a single shot rifle, mabey you don't need to be handling a firearm.
Took an Enfield hunting on the Washington coast for 3 days. Pouring rain, damp as hell. Changed the cap once and protected the muzzle. When I shot at a deer, had a slight hang fire. Still went bang.
Called me a liar when I showed him the pictures. Offered me a refund but at my own shipping expense. Would have been $150 in the hole for shipping alone.
Has anyone ever successfuly filed and won a claim against fedex? This is what happens when you order from Collecting Texas and use fedex. I've never seen such a devastating injury to a rifle.....loss of words. Word to the wise, USE STIFFENERS IN YOUR PACKAGE!
Well all I can say is that the YouTuber Capandball in Hungary puts out some very nice shooting videos with muzzloaders and cartridge rifles mentioning a beeswax, tallow and 5w30 synthetic oil mix. His lube looks very soft
I did try using a similar mix albiet with water soluble cutting solution...
I've heard arguments to why petrolum products in lube are good and bad, but here is an interesting link to a thread where chemists apply thier feild of expertise to the interactions of individual compounds in black powder and petrolum products.
Still, one of my favorite YouTube, capandball...
