WANTED .54 T\C renegade flint barrel.

I had a T/C .58 Flint years ago, that I think came from their custom shop, I do not believe they had any production .58s except the Big Boar and I always wished they offered the Big Boar in Flint

    REALLY DIRTY bore!!!

I've been buying, selling, collecting, and working on black powder arms most of my adult life, and when you get a dirty rusted pitted barrel from some greenhorn who does not clean the weapon after shooting it, you only have 2 choices, hope you can have it rebored to the next caliber if there's...

Every day laws are changing against us law-abiding citizens and all because of these mental cases killing folks, Flintlocks being transferred through FFLs is almost laughable if it wasn't so stupid, next it will be registering my 1960s Roy Rogers cap guns, and who is suffering? US not the bad guys

How safe is it to use lead round balls while hunting?

I wonder if men like Lewis & Clark, Hugh Glass, and all the thousands of men that wandered our mountains were concerned about that, I would think they would be more concerned about how to survive that day & night

TC New Englander with blocked and frozen nipple.

I had the same problem last year with a rusted Hawken, first make sure it's not loaded, next heat up the nipple with a propane torch, and keep tapping on the nipple with a small metal hammer, the vibration should loosen it, it worked for me good luck

How far must you travel to hunt?

Originally I'm from the republic of Long Island N.Y. 😖where shooting is prohibited, so I bought a hunting cabin in upstate N.Y. within a 3-hour drive from Long Island so I could hunt and fish in peace, now I live in Arizona 30 minutes and am there😀

    T/C Hawken help wanted

It would be easier and more cost-effective for you to buy a complete barrel on eBay, also removing and installing breech plugs on T/C barrels is a bear, good luck which ever way you decide to go
